We source organic Arabica coffee grown at higher elevations in Colombia, where growing conditions naturally support higher CGA levels.
Darker roasts can degrade antioxidants. Glow uses a carefully calibrated light-medium roast to help preserve CGA while delivering a smooth, balanced, delicious cup.

Best Coffee Ever! And So Much More
The enticing aroma of Glow Coffee filled my kitchen before I even opened the bags! When does that ever happen? That was my first clue.
And the coffee?
A delicious paradox of pure, clean clarity and rich rich flavor. No jitters, no crash. Just a clear calm wide-awake "I can do anything" feeling that remains stable all day. I can even enjoy a second cup for the first time in years.
What a difference pure and fresh coffee with no toxins, pesticides and mold makes! It made me wonder just how long the old stale tasting coffee I used to drink had been sitting in some warehouse before I even bought it!
And the magic goes beyond the coffee. After two ordering mishaps (both mine!), I discovered that Glow's CEO, Melanie, personally answers customer emails with extraordinary kindness, patience and care. That is so rare! She even offered to send me a coffee grinder with my first email when I asked to exchange the beans for ground coffee. Super embarrassed for that first email because - wow! So glad I have coffee beans! What a completely different and absolutely elevated coffee experience! I am impressed with this coffee. The taste is just which I desire - strong, robust flavor without bitterness. Until now, I thought light-to-medium roasts were not "strong enouhgh in aroma and flavor." I was wrong!
